Day 1
  • 09:30 AM

Our first stop is arguably the most famous Cotswolds town and regularly voted one of the prettiest villages in England; Bourton-on-the-Water. Known as the 'Venice of the Cotswolds' there is plenty to see and do with a wealth of attractions, shops, restaurants and tea rooms. Here you have free time to explore and enjoy some breakfast

  • 10:30 AM

Second stop in Lower Slaughter. We take you on a short walk along the river to The Old Mill, were you can take a look in this amazing shop and riverside tea room

  • 11:30 PM

Third stop in Bibury. A gorgeous village with the famous street called Arlington Row. William Morris (1834-96) described Bibury as "the most beautiful village in England". In September 2025 Bibury was declared as the most beautiful village in the world by Forbes. Fox News says that Bibury is one of the world's most picturesque villages, and an article on the Huffington Post website (1st May 2014), titled "The Most Charming Towns In Europe You'll Want To Visit ASAP", mentioned Bibury.

  • 01:00 PM

Stow-on-the-wold not only offers a wonderful stop for lunch for both locals and tourists, but has an excellent selection of unique antique, wool and souvenir shops for your perusal. It's delightful church goes back over a thousand years, with its mystical door inspiring the likes of J.R.R Tolkien and his Lord of The Rings Trilogy.

  • 02:30 PM

Our next stop is Burford. Burford’s famous High Street sweeps downhill towards the River Windrush, its three-arched medieval bridge and its impressive church, both sides of the street flanked by an unbroken line of ancient houses and shops. Little has changed over the centuries, Burford is popular with visitors, both for its beauty and history but also for its shopping, especially antiques, and for the wide variety of places to eat, with restaurants, pubs and teashops. Here you can stay in a hotel frequented by King Charles and Nell Gwynn, dine where Nelson dined or visit England’s oldest pharmacy, a chemists since 1734. Half way down the hill, the 16th century Tolsey building, once the meeting place for medieval merchants, now houses The Tolsey Museum, a delightful, local museum illustrating the town's social and industrial past.

  • 03:45 PM

Our next stop in Chipping Camden. Chipping Campden is a market town in the Cotswold district of Gloucestershire, England. It is notable for its terraced High Street, dating from the 14th to the 17th centuries. A wool trading centre in the Middle Ages, Chipping Campden enjoyed the patronage of wealthy wool merchants, most notably William Greville (d.1401). The High Street is lined with buildings built from locally quarried oolitic limestone, known as Cotswold stone, and boasts a wealth of vernacular architecture. Much of the town centre is a conservation area which has helped to preserve the original buildings.[2] The town is an end point of the Cotswold Way, a 102-mile long-distance footpath. Chipping Campden has hosted its own Cotswold Games since 1612.

  • 04:30 PM

Our last stop is Brodway. The pretty High Street is lined with horse chestnut trees and includes a mixture of period houses & picturesque honey coloured Cotswold stone cottages which have lured visitors for centuries. A memorable place to stay and a perfect base from which to tour the local area and enjoy stunning walks. The village lies on The Cotswold Way national walking trail which runs 102 miles from Chipping Campden to Bath.
